Delivery to UK Europe
UK Mainland Goods will be despatched within 24 hours of placing your order and should take 1-3 working days to reach you, this is a target we have set ourselves to keep our customers happy! Goods are either sent using Royal Mail or a courier firm. We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £2.49 to the UK mainland. Islands and Highlands we may contact you with a postage charge if we cannot get your parcel delivered for the normal £2.49 in extreme circumstances.
EU
Deliveries to the EU take around 3-10 working days depending on which country. We send large numbers of orders to the EU and have a very efficient service. Delivery within the EU is charged at £5.95 for parcels under 2Kg. For parcels over 2Kg we use a courier service which varies in price from 21.99 to 34.99. We will contact you to arrange the correct shipping fee for the size of your parcel.
Worldwide including North America
Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £7.95 for all parcels weighing less than 2Kg. If you parcel weighs more than this we will contact you with the best shipping quote we can find.
Is your packaging eco friendly? We use either biodegradable or recycled packaging. We may re-use packaging that we have been sent as a way of recycling, this may not be recycled material but it keeps our costs down and is an efficient way of recycling that everyone can do.
Changed your mind? No quibble returns policy No worries, if you want to change or cancel your order just contact us littlehathi@littlehathi.co.uk and we’ll refund or exchange.
How safe is your website? Our payment sytem provided, by Sagepay and HSBC, is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. In plain English your card details are safe! We also accept Paypal if you prefer to use this option. Long bit below We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website. All our products are made with great love and care from producers we have close relationships with. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item for any reason this can be done within 14 days of the date of dispatch, so long as it is unopened and is returned at your cost. Please email littlehathi@littlehathi.co.uk for a reference number for the return prior to sending it. We will then provide a copy of the return address and a cover email. We will refund the price of the item and if the item is faulty the cost of the return delivery to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
